How much will it cost me to get a paint job that will last as long as the original paint job?

I have a 2004 blue rx8, the paint is in perfect condition, however i wanted to know how much it would cost me to get it painted black. I wanted a paint job that would last me as long as the original paint job. I live in california, in the east bay. How much would it cost for a brand spanking new paint job?|||since your changing colors it will be more so you can figure between $4,000 to $8,000 for a good paint job and any minor body work.
