How do you turn down a job offer? How do you request a set schedule at a new job?

Hello, I have recently been offred a job. I was upfront and said I was looking other places. The job I was offered has great benefits but not enough hours, less than 30 (when I want full time) and leaves room to find another job to work in addition to this one. How do I tell the new job I%26#039;d like a set schedule so I can work another job around it.|||Ask what your options might be.|||Let them know how you feel(professionally), how many hours you would like to work,etc. if they are unable to give those/compromise move on. you don%26#039;t want to except a position w/a company that you aren%26#039;t happy to be working for/with.
