How do you go about applying to jobs, and getting a job close to home?

Job ads are pretty secretive.Even when you can search phone and fax numbers online and find the company info, sometimes they are no where to be found. Recently i applied to one that is far away( i didn%26#039;t know where it was but now i found out), they invited me to an interview but i don%26#039;t really want to work there.|||Try your local papers which will or should have vacancies which are nearer to you, also maybe agencies and stipulate that you want to stay in certain areas.|||I love www.craigslist.com|||Do you have craigslist.com where you are?
