What kind of good job can I get with a Business Administration degree?

I am a recent graduate with a Business Administration degree. I have been looking for a job but with no avail. I have tried searching job searches search as creig%26#039;s list, hotjobs, ect. with no luck. i am thinking about going back to school to get a teaching degree as it is in high demand. Any advice?|||Here are some thoughts.

Did you take Accounting? - Accounting Clerk

Marketing? - Marketing Assistant

Finance? - Finance Department Assistant

Or Sales, anything above entry level with a good solid growth track.

Find a topic/industry/job that you are interested in and target it.

Find a HUGE company and apply there. They usually have a few good entry level jobs you can get with just a degree.

Make sure to customize your resume for each job highlighting why you are a fit.

Get to the book store and start reading then get out there and meet lots of people who already have jobs. Network with them!

Good luck!|||Did you specialize in anything in your busines degree? Some times it takes awhile, don%26#039;t give up so soon.|||well, it kind of depend on your experience. Business Amin. will get you anywhere from being in HR to accounting. It is a broad topic, so because of that, you%26#039;ll need experience in order to get the job you want. For example, you can start out at a receptionist, then move your way up. Or start as an administrative assistant. Most likely, you%26#039;ll get a job within that field or if accounting, then a book keeper/accounting clerk. Just because you obtain a degree doesn%26#039;t necessary mean you%26#039;ll get any job you want. You need to know what you want to do. Don%26#039;t just guess what relates to your degree. There is a purpose why you chose your degree when in school. Aside from that it takes time, effort, and most importantly, experience. Most empolyers will look for people with experience and degree. If you have experience, incorporate that into your resume and relate your experience to what you want to do.
