Is there a good job for 12-13 year olds that involves pets in an actual business?

I have a dog and 2 cats and I love animals. I really want to work with them but I don%26#039;t know where to find a good job other than dogwalking. Does anyone know where I can find a good job like that?|||You could find a tack barn, or farm in your area, where they need help on the weekends cleaning stalls etc. You could earn a few bucks with this.

Volunteer at the humane society.

You%26#039;re under 15, so it%26#039;s going to be hard finding work without a work permit.|||Why not start your own business with basic grooming? I don%26#039;t mean like clipping nails or shaving poodles, but plenty of people would pay you to BATHE their dogs....including ME.

Combine it with walking them. Put flyers up at grocery stores, pet shops, and churches, with the services you offer, a reasonable price, and your name %26amp; phone number.

Good luck.

Also.....if you don%26#039;t care about money too much, animal shelters always need volunteers, so go see one.|||If there is doggie day care or boarding kennels in your area you can offer to volunteer if they don%26#039;t hire you in a paying position. Also, many nursing homes and hospitals have pet therapy where they use animals to cheer people up and help them heal faster, so that may be a possibility, too.|||First you need to go to your school and get a work permit. In some state you must be 16. Maybe not in yours though.

After receiving you permit go to the vets in your town and ask for a job helping out in washing, brushing and the like.

Good luck in your endeavor!|||go to your local animal shelter and ask for volunteer opurtunities. if it is a big humane society they might say no, but if you go to a shelter where they need any kind of help, they will be happy to hire you. The jobs will include walking dogs, feeding them, just spending one-on-one time, and playing and introducing other animals,

You can also start a pet business in your family. when one of you relatives is going out of town or cant be there to occupy there pet, you can go to their house and pet sit or bring the pet to your house. You can make easy money and your relatives would rather pay you 15 dollars a day rather than 150 at a dog kennel
