What company or type of job has excellent benefits and pay for someone with limited skills?

If someone has no degree (or desire to get one) and has only worked in one type of job for many years (whose skills for the most part do not transfer well), what type of job/career field would you recommend? What company in particular do you think offers the best benefits? Is there a job that you have that you love (again not requiring a degree) and if so, what is it? I am mostly seeking ideas here.
