How do you attack job interviews? Are there weapons to be equipped of?

One of the waterloos of applicants applying for jobs is the %26quot;job interview discussions%26quot;.How can one show his/her best in a one-minute interview?|||THE most important thing to do in a job interview is show confidence!

If you are shy or worried about an interview, you need to find a friend who will practice with you and try different things. Just practice the initial meeting - the handshake and the initial banter. The first impression goes a long way.

Don%26#039;t think that you have to pump your hand so many times when shaking, or squeeze a certain amount or do this or that - because if the interviewer does something different you will be unprepared and it will show. Just relax and pretend you are meeting someone at a party. Smile!

One last tip - before the interview (like right now) imagine you do NOT get the job. Think what is the worst that can happen with you not getting the job. You will find it is not that bad and it will help you relax. If you go into the interview all stressed and worried it will show.

Once you master these simple techniques, you won%26#039;t even worry about being interviewed anymore - because you will get every job you go to. Personality is a lot more important to an employer when everyone has about the same skills (like in the early years of working).

Good luck!
