Does anyone know how to get a job with an international developer?

I am intrested in finding out about jobs that involve traveling around the world, primarly to developing countries. This job would benefit from somone with a background in city planning and urban design. Is there such a job out there? I am looking for the name of companies that are involved in development and are intrested in someone with multi-cultural/international background/expertise.
