How to properly resign in a job after less than a month?

It%26#039;s a disappointing job than what I hoped for, but thankful that I%26#039;m occupied nonetheless. Now, the job I really wanted came 2 weeks late. How can I make the most proper resignation and is there a way (or is it expected) that i could make up for the training they gave me for two weeks?|||Well the first thing you want to do is be very professional about this. You need to first talk to your boss-- and not your coworker first.

Start off by telling them that you have enjoyed working for the company but your job isn%26#039;t exactly what you had expected. Let your boss know that you will be giving them your two week resignation.

Thank them again for the opportunity and time invested into your employment and offer assistance for the transition process before you depart from the company--( this could be recommending someone else for the position, helping your boss with recruiting another prospective employee etc). Remember to continue to work hard as ever, in other words do your best all the way to the end because even though you are leaving you want to leave on good terms because your current employer could actually turn out to be a great business reference for you and just in case your new job doesn%26#039;t work out the doors may still be open for you to return to your old job. Good luck!|||Just give them a letter thanking them for the opportunity, but a more awarding career opportunity has come available to you. Your last day will be ___? If it was best for them to fire you they wouldn%26#039;t give you that courtesy. If you only been there two weeks and quit then the company doesn%26#039;t want anyone you refer.
